Is this really a one-time payment?+

Yes. $1,997 once, lifetime ownership. We never charge you again. If we raise prices, you keep your tier. If we add new platforms, you get them automatically (and four weeks before everyone else).

What happens to my spot if SheepHerder shuts down?+

If the company sunsets, every Founding Sheep gets a full data export, a 60-day operating runway notice, and a refund of the prorated remaining value of the tier (computed against the equivalent Pro Annual cost). The lifetime promise is real even in the worst case.

How is this different from Pro Annual ($190/yr)?+

Three things you can't get on Pro at any price: (1) a permanent named spot on the Founders Wall, (2) custom Otis prompts so the AI talks in your voice, and (3) early access to every new platform we ship — four weeks before public release. Plus you stop paying recurring fees after the one-time charge.

What's the private founder Discord channel?+

A community-run subchannel in the SheepHerder Discord exclusively for Founding Sheep members. Self-moderated by the founders themselves; the founder drops in occasionally without scheduled commitments. Think of it as a peer cohort, not a support channel.

Can I cancel and get my money back?+

Standard 14-day refund window for any reason. After 14 days the seat is yours for life — refunds are at our discretion case-by-case. Because seats are capped at 100, every refund frees a spot for the next person on the waitlist.

Once the 100 spots are gone, they're gone.
